³Ô¹Ï¹ÙÍø has announced its ninth annual #Love³Ô¹Ï¹ÙÍøPueblo
Give Day, including a 24-hour online fundraising initiative running from noon on Thursday, April 24 to
noon on Friday, April 25, 2025. This year's campaign aims to raise $70,000 to directly support student
success and enhance the ThunderWolf experience.

The fundraising event invites alumni, parents, students, faculty, staff, and friends to make a meaningful
difference by contributing to a wide range of worthy projects across campus. Last year's event raised an
impressive $64,166 from 1,719 gifts, with participation from 627 students, 281 alumni, and 498 faculty
and staff members.

“Every dollar raised during Give Day has a direct and immediate impact on our students' lives,” said ³Ô¹Ï¹ÙÍø
Pueblo Foundation President and CEO Todd Kelly. “Whether it's funding an emergency travel situation,
creating new scholarship opportunities, or sending student organizations to professional conferences,
these contributions strengthen our campus community and enhance the educational experience at ³Ô¹Ï¹ÙÍø
Pueblo.”

The ³Ô¹Ï¹ÙÍø Foundation has committed $20,000 in dollar-for-dollar matching funds for eligible
campaigns, significantly amplifying donors' impact. Additionally, several local businesses have stepped
forward to provide targeted matching funds for specific initiatives.

Pueblo Bank and Trust, one of the campaign's key supporters, is providing matching funds for General
Scholarships, the Center for Honors and Leadership, and Club Baseball. As Mark Magnone, the senior
vice president of Pueblo Bank and Trust explained, “We decided to match because as one of the very few
community banks left in Pueblo, we want to support just that: the community. We also want to provide
students with opportunities to continue their education by helping to alleviate the financial burden that
sometimes comes with attending the University.”

T.R. Toppers has also committed up to $1,000 in matching funds, further expanding the potential impact
of community donations.

Beyond matching funds, special bonus dollars will be awarded to campaigns achieving the most donors,
most alumni donors, most student donors, and most faculty or staff donors creating friendly competition
that benefits the entire university community.

This year's Give Day is part of a broader ten-day celebration of giving, with the 24-hour push serving as
the culminating event. The campaign officially goes live at noon on April 24 at csupueblogiveday.com,
where donors can browse a full list of campaigns and causes.

“The beauty of Give Day is that it offers something for everyone,” said Daniel Minich, director of Alumni
Relations and Community Engagement. “Donors can support exactly what matters most to them, whether
that's a specific academic program, athletic team, student organization, or emergency assistance fund.
Every gift, regardless of size, makes a significant difference in the lives of our students.”

Community members interested in supporting ³Ô¹Ï¹ÙÍø are encouraged to visit csupueblogiveday.com
