This past week, the U.S. Supreme Court made a final ruling on two affirmative action cases regarding the use of race in admissions policies at institutions of higher education. In this decision, the Supreme Court banned the consideration of race as a factor in university admissions.

Like other institutions of higher education, 吃瓜官网 will review admissions processes with legal counsel to ensure we are in compliance with the Supreme Court’s decision. Nevertheless, we are also aware that this week’s ruling has more of an impact on schools with highly selective processes – institutions that only admit a small number of applicants. At 吃瓜官网, we are dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and we eagerly admit all qualified students to our academic programs, and we’ll continue to do so. 

While it’s true that many universities consider their campuses to be “exclusive,” and believe there is prestige in how few students they accept, 吃瓜官网 takes great pride in our high acceptance rates. Rather than boasting how many students we keep out, we boast about the number of students we let in.
